Last updated: 13 August 2026. These are general website booking terms. Your final quotation, proforma invoice, booking confirmation or signed contract takes precedence for the specific service purchased.
Prices, rooms, vehicles, guides, tickets and supplier availability are not guaranteed until HTV confirms them. Quotations may have a validity deadline and may change if availability, exchange rates, taxes, surcharges or the requested scope changes.
A booking becomes secured only after the stated deposit or payment is received and HTV confirms the applicable supplier reservations. Some peak-season, hotel, cruise, flight or ticket items may require higher or full prepayment.
The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline shown on the invoice, quotation or contract. HTV may release unprotected supplier inventory when payment is late.
Cancellation charges depend on the confirmed suppliers and timing. Non-refundable hotels, cruises, flights, tickets, visa services or peak-period arrangements remain subject to the supplier terms accepted for that booking. Any recoverable refund is calculated after non-refundable costs and applicable fees.
Date, route, hotel, room, passenger-name or service changes are subject to availability and may create additional charges. We will communicate known costs before proceeding where practicable.
Star rating, room category, bedding, views, connecting rooms and meal plans are those confirmed in writing. Requests such as adjacent rooms, early check-in or late check-out remain subject to supplier confirmation unless explicitly guaranteed.
HTV coordinates halal or Muslim-friendly meal requests and prayer-aware planning. The exact status of restaurants, hotel kitchens or supplier meal preparation will be stated as clearly as possible; special requests remain subject to supplier capability.
Passengers are responsible for valid passports, visas, entry requirements and correct personal details unless a specific assistance service is contracted. Airline schedule, baggage and fare rules are controlled by the airline.
Guests must provide accurate information, arrive on time, follow local laws and supplier safety requirements, and promptly notify HTV of material medical, mobility or operational needs that could affect the trip.
Weather, traffic, operating restrictions, supplier changes or events outside reasonable control may require a comparable adjustment. HTV will prioritize safety and practical continuity while communicating material changes.
HTV is not responsible for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control such as severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, strikes, war, civil disruption or major transport interruption. Supplier and recovery costs remain subject to the relevant contracts.
Please contact HTV as soon as an issue occurs so the local team has a reasonable opportunity to assist. Delayed complaints can limit the remedies available from suppliers.
Only make payment to bank or payment details stated in an official HTV quotation, invoice, contract or verified communication. If payment details appear to change unexpectedly, verify directly through the official WhatsApp number +84 941 888 944 before transferring.
These general terms operate alongside the specific booking contract, confirmed supplier conditions and applicable Vietnamese law. Nothing on a general web page overrides mandatory rights or obligations that apply to a particular transaction.
